Sonal brings over 19 years in enterprise technology operations, including seven years leading FinOps and Cloud Governance at a global consumer goods enterprise, where she oversees cloud financial accountability across a global technology ecosystem managing more than 140M DKK in annual cloud spend. She built enterprise-wide FinOps governance frameworks across Azure and AWS, embedding automation-led optimization that delivered consistent annual cost reductions. A FinOps Foundation Ambassador and FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP), Sonal has spoken at Gartner IT Symposium, FinOps X Europe, and the Microsoft FinOps Summit, and has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and Nordic media for her work in cloud economics. She also serves as a Board Advisor to CloudVerse.ai, supporting the FinOps platform's global growth strategy.

Ida brings over a decade of business development and commercial leadership experience, including 11 years at Travel Retail Norway AS across category management, promotions, and team leadership roles. She holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Birmingham (Distinction) and a GROW-COACH certification. Ida is also the Founder & CEO of Wileo AS, an EdTech company integrating sustainability into educational institutions, and serves as a Board Member at Oncogene AS, a precision medicine company. Her experience spans building sustainability-driven platforms from the ground up to scaling commercial operations within established retail organizations.

Kenneth brings over three decades of finance and business leadership experience, including current roles as CEO of Fabe Invest AS and Controller at Söderberg & Partners Norge. He previously served as CFO & Deputy CEO of Norwegian Broker AS & Norwegian Claims Link AS, and held finance leadership roles at Abbott Norge and SAP Norge. He holds a Master of Management in Corporate Finance and Change Management, alongside a Bachelor of Management in Accounting & Corporate Finance, both from BI Norwegian School of Management. Kenneth is also an Investor and Board Member at Rule Invest AS, one of MitraNord's founding shareholders.

Hans Otto co-founded ECIT (Economics & IT) in 2013, growing it from NOK 50 million in revenue and 60 employees to approximately NOK 5 billion and 3,000 employees across 10 countries by 2025, through more than 130 acquisitions. He previously served as CEO of ECIT Services AS for over 18 years. He holds a Master of Management in Corporate and International Finance from BI Norwegian School of Management, with over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and growth-company development. Hans Otto is a Partner at MitraNord AS, Company Owner of Rule Invest AS and Økonomi & Balanse AS, and currently serves on the boards of several companies including TIE Connect AS and GA Meknett AS.
